This software helps collect and analyse information about the type of browser used, the number of visitors, the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the duration of individual visits. This information is used to improve the mtztrade.pl website.

Facebook – These cookies enable Facebook features in order to: allow activity on the social profile, run profiles effectively by presenting users with information about the Administrator's initiatives and activity, promote various events, services and products, and run marketing campaigns. This information is used to improve the mtztrade.pl website and to tailor Facebook ads.

The entity placing cookies on the end user's device and accessing them is the operator MTZ TRADE Sp. z o.o. Cookies may also be placed on the user's device and used by partners cooperating with the operator – Google and Facebook.

These files do not store any confidential information.

Protection of personal data

We process our customers' personal data in order to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Logs

Using the website involves sending requests to the server hosting the site. Every request sent to the server is recorded in logs which include, among others, the IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Data stored in the server logs is not associated with a specific person and serves only as auxiliary material for administration purposes; its content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorised to administer the server at cyber_Folks S.A.

Contact form

Data provided when sending a message through the contact form will not be used for marketing purposes. This data is stored in an e-mail inbox at cyber_Folks S.A. for the purpose of managing correspondence and sending you a reply. Third parties will not have access to it.

Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect the contact forms and the website against spam, abuse and automated submissions sent by bots, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Cloudflare Turnstile works as a security tool that helps distinguish users browsing the site naturally from automated systems. As part of this service, selected technical data related to the user's device, browser and connection may be processed, such as the IP address, browser information, connection parameters, technical data of the browser environment and information necessary to assess whether a form is submitted by a human or by a bot.

This data is processed in order to ensure the security of the website, protect contact forms, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain the proper operation of the service. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator, consisting in protecting the website against abuse, automated submissions and unauthorised use of forms.

Cloudflare may also process selected technical signals in order to develop and improve the effectiveness of bot detection mechanisms, in accordance with the rules described in Cloudflare's documents.

Voluntary provision of personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to handle an enquiry sent through the contact form, to contact you back, to present an offer or to conduct commercial correspondence. At any time you may access your personal data, correct it and request its deletion. To do so, contact the personal data administrator.

The Administrator hereby informs the User that it entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:

• cyber_Folks S.A., ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, 61-569 Poznań, NIP: 7792467259, REGON: 367731587 – for the purpose of storing personal data on the server,
• Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA – for the purpose of ensuring website security, protecting forms against spam, bots and abuse, and operating the Cloudflare Turnstile service.
